"Err"or message with beeping

Just recently my oven stopped working and an "ERR" shows in the temp display. The oven is not operable. I have unplugged in hopes of resetting with no luck.  The oven is less then 1 year old, but I cannot find the bill.

Any suggestions??

Same message here. Did anyone buy it a costco? I'm hoping they'll take it back. Andrew Victoria BC

My toaster oven started beeping and showed a flashing error message. Anyone have any clue what may be wrong?

I suspect that the Logic Control Board is shot. If the unit is 1 year old or less try:

In the U.S.A., warranty is offered by Sunbeam Products, Inc., located in Boca Raton,Florida 33431. 1.800.334.0759
In Canada, this warranty is offered by Sunbeam Corporation (Canada) Limited, located at 5975 Falbourne Street, Mississauga, Ontario L5R 3V8

To refresh, the beeper should sound once. The definition of the Beeper from the manual follows:
(1) When you plug the unit in, the beeper sounds once and " - - - "appears in the LCD.
(2) When you press one of the four menu buttons the beeper will sound one time.
(3) When you press the adjustable button, every time you press the button, the beeper
will sound once. If you press the button continually, the beeper only sounds one time.
(4) When you press the start button the beeper will sound once, and ":" will flash, that means
the unit is in operation. Once the unit has begun the cooking cycle, the menu selection,
time or temperature cannot be changed. The unit must be stopped and reset.
(5) When the unit is in operation, press the stop button, the beeper will sound once and the unit
will stop operation.
(6) At the end of pre-set time, the unit will sound a long beep to remind you the work is done.

I have 4 1132 Lincoln electric ovens. The 3 r at

What is the actual temp of the oven? Not what the display says? If the conveyor running normal? If so you just need a display board. Depending on what temp is there are many possibilties after that.

Waring TCO650 toaster oven - how to turn off or down the beeping

I found it! In the manual that came with the toaster (and not the one online), I found the following instructions:

1. To turn the indicator beep OFF: Press both [TOAST] and [BAGEL] keys and hold for 5 seconds.
2. to turn the indicator beep ON: Repeat the above process.

Note - if you lose power or unplug the unit, the beep comes back, so keep these instructions handy. :)

I have an oster toaster that worked for about 8 months, then just recently it shows this error (err) aftr toasting for a min. do you know what i can do?

It sounds like you have the same problem as the Oster 6248 typically develops. The fix is to avoid ever buying anything made by Oster again, because it's all the same ****, made in China, just more overpriced.

Convection Oven OSTER 6248 err on the screen

I'm afraid you are screwed, because this is the usual failure scenario for this model. Mine just failed the same way, and it's only a couple of years old. I would avoid buying anything Oster in the future, because it's all made in China nowadays. Check out the reviews on this model, and on the 6058, on Amazon. Some people are reporting that the new model is a fire hazard as well.
If there are any good models coming from any other part of the world, I'd be interested in getting one. If you have any companies making such things in South America I'd definitely recommend supporting your local economy. The USA does not make toaster ovens anymore at all, apparently.

Dead Delonghi toaster oven

Your timer switch burned out. The timer is manual and will tick even unplugged. Delonghi switches are available at The Gourmet Depot website or search "small appliance parts" for other places that sell the switches.
