It looks like your sim card is actually expired. Your only solution is to contact Idea customer care. If you can no longer dial the customer care number, borrow or use one of your friends/family idea number and call one of the following numbers.

refresh ur message center.... call ur customer care and get the message center number.. in the message settings enter the message center number...now switch off and ON ur mobile..u r problem ll be fixed... Regards ranjit!!!!

enter wrong pass for more then 5 tymes,it ll ask u to enter the puk number....now call ur customer care and get the puk number...enter the puk number in the space given for pass....thats it...problem is fixed
if u had locked ur mobile then update the formware all saved passwords ll be deleted....but take care that all datas n contacts ll be lost

Only two reason for sending message getting failed,

1) Check your meaage center number, call the customer care to confirm it

2) The Network may be busy, wait for some times and try sending it again

Go to Control Panel->Messaging->Area Information and there you should UNCHECK the "Cell Information" item and then Channel 50 will get disabled.
