The E000 means that You have problem in fixing section and 0320 means that when the temperature is 160 deg. C, the temperature remains the same instead within 4 minutes it must rise for 10 deg.C in lower heater.
Probable cause's can be:

• faulty thermistor
• faulty fixing heater
• faulty DC control pcb
• faulty AC control pcb
• oil thermistor
  
• ...

do you have correct finisher? On these macine you can have two finishers atached. FinisherM-1 and FINISHER N1/Saddle finisher N2.

Is these hapend on installation of new finisher or it worked before?

Check that wright slot for connection is connected.
