Question about Acer Aspire 5920-6335 Laptop
Downloaded newer bios, but not able to install because it ask for admin password. I am only user of computer so i thought it should be my sign on pw. this doesnot work. how do i setup a admin password to install new bios, and will this allow the laptop to regognize new battery
Is it xp or vista?
For xp If you didn't set up an admin password,Then the password is blank.so don't enter anything, just hit enter,You can also login as admin,by Typing Administrator (with a capitol A )no password.
For vista Try right click and select,Run as administrator.
Note:The admin account is hidden and has to be activated to work,If this is the case,I can tell you how to do this as well.
