Question about Creative Labs Zen Micro MP3 Player
I turn my mp3 player on and it comes up with "Firmware Problem" and then skips to the "Clean Up, Format All, Reload Firmware and Reboot" screen. I have uninstalled the cd from my computer and reinstalled it but it hasnt fixed the problem. What should I do?
Same thing happened 2 me, just get a new mp3 player. haha

There is no clear reason as to why this occurs, but there are some things you can try:
1. Reset the player
2. Run Disk Cleanup
3. Reload the OS
If none of these help the only other option left is to reformat the player. If you do this you will obviously lose all content, including that bundled with the player.
Note that format seems to be the most common cure for this
