You must execute touchpanel adjustment.In the right side on copier in neighborough to USB connector located one plastic door.Pull out the plastic and press a little microswitch.After press the switch wait to appaire a * symbol and press 3.In the blue yield introduction 00000000 and press END.On the touchscreen appaire screen adjustment.

How do I recalibrate the screen on a Bizhub 250?

Remove the Compact Flash Cover. Located Right side next to where the network cable is installed. Remove the cover, using a small screw driver or small plastic stick depress black button gently. Called the Warm Restart switch.

When "." appears at the center on the left-hand side of the screen, enter "3" from the via 10-Key Pad. Enter the 8-digit service code and touch [END]. (Default value: 00000000) if required.

Touch [Touch Panel Adjustment] from the Initial mode screen.
Following the arrow mark, touch the four points (+) sequentially on the screen using a pen. DO NOT USE A SHARPE POINT!!!!!.

Konica minolta 350 touch screen stopped working

Similar problem with a Canon MG6320 has been solved .There is an updated firmware for this printer that fixest his issue. Download and run it on your computer that is connected via a USB cord directly to the printer.

Simulation code for bizhub 350

Press Utility/Counter button, then on left side of display screen touch "details"
Now press Stop, 0, 0, stop, 0, 1
This key sequence will get you in to the service mode. Be careful what you mess with in here.

the device takes too long to warmup. try switching off then back on when you see the message. if that does not work you will have to call for a technician i'm afraid. good luck

3. Enter Password (The default password is 12345678)
4. Touch Admin2
