The velcro strap runs under the air bladder of the seat for the final attachment. The bladder needs to be empty to do this. Once the strap is in place, the pump can be used to fill the bladder.

How do I adust the seat back to make it not flop around

install an anchor behind the seat or install two of them, located equi-distant from the seat location on both sides but behind. The strap loops on the seat are for nylon straps with buckles. Attach to seat and attach straps in rear to anchors. You'll need pop-rivet tool to attach the anchors and if your seat is decent quality, it should have straps sewn-into it on the edges. Be sure to use a good seat-back with an area of padding to sit yourself onto. Life gets uncomfortable without a padded seat bottom!

Is there an alternative seat for the Jazzy? We are trying to find a less plush seat so that the seat will be lowered enough for a Little People user. She can not get up in the seat due to disability.

Yes, this can be accomplished by lowering the seat or raising the foot platform. The cushioned van seat can be removed from the seat frame and a wood platform covered in vinyl can be substituted. Sticky back Velcro strips are put on the vinyl cover to hold the cushion. The sticky back Velcro attaches to the vinyl covered wood platform and will mate up with the Velcro on the bottom of her existing cushion. The back cushion can be left in place. Pride makes this flat platform for all their models. You would need to specify the dimensions and style of the original seat to order the custom one. There is a manufacturer sticker under the seat with a series of numbers you can give to customer service at pride to help get the correct replacement platform. You can also raise the foot platform on the vertical adjustment post or attach a foot platform to the top of the footplate.
If this modification is not covered by insurance you can have a handyman remove the cushioned van seat and hack off the cushioned foam, springs and vinyl. He could then cover the wood with a durable material or sand and paint it before reinstallation.
Hope this helps.

Can't lift rear bottom seat up to put down back of seat for cargo hauling. Seat bottom will not budge and I can feel the strap is still attached to the bar that should be moving up but isn't.

it is rusted to the latch. soak the latch under the seat with wd-40 and wait a day. then try again. if it doesn't work then use a screw driver to pry open the seized latch.

In need the instructions

This is a seat post mounted bag, with attachments for the rails (2) on the bottom of the seatpost.

1. The straps going over the top of the bag will have to come apart. Removing them from the loop they pass through before re-attaching with the velcro.

2. Undo the straps and then feed them over the metal seat rails.

3. Re-assemble the straps in the same manner they were before and loosely attach the velcro. You will later tighten up the tension on these straps to snug the bag up under the seat.

4. Attach the velcro strap on the posterior of the bag to the seatpost.

5. Now the bag should be supported by the seat post strap and the seat rail straps (2). Hanging loosely and oddly from the seat area.

6. Tighten/snug the straps from step three, so the bag is drawn up against the bottom of the seat. Try adjusting all the straps on the bag until the bag appears to sit well under the seat.

7. DONE

If it's the new model then you need to follow this in reverse order for Cleaning the Quinny Buzz seats (comfort cushion and XL seat)
1. Open safety harness
2. Unfasten the shoulder belt snap and hook and remove the belt pad.
3. Loosen all snaps on the bottom of the seat
4. Loosen the Velcro straps on the bottom of the seat. Remove the belt buckle through the opening of the seat

WE have an older Eddie Bauer stroller Blue with yellow trim, the velcro strap that holds the seat in an upright position is broke, how can we get another strap

You can contact Cosco (they make the Eddie Bauer) and ask them if they have a replacement. If they do not, you can go to your local craft department, buy the velcro and put it on yourself.

I don't know how to change my bugaboo frog from the chair to the bassinet?

You'll have to undo all the velcro attachments as well as the tether that snaps together behind the foot rest then slide the seat fabric out from the frame. You'll then have to attach the bassinet to the same frame using the velcro straps.

Tilting bassinette

Hey momofila:

This may help:

While installing the bassinet fabric set onto the bassinet/seat frame, there are two Velcro straps that hold the bottom portion of the bassinet fabric onto the vertical connectors that attach to the chassis. You can find these if you follow the vertical connectors up from the ground (if the bassinet is sitting on the ground). They should be about 2 inches from the bottom of the bassinet on both sides. These Velcro straps hold the bassinet fabric onto the frame so the bassinet does not tilt. If these are fastened properly, and the bassinet is still tilting, you can take a photo of the problem and email me at strollerinfo@gmail.com. I will take a look at the situation and try and help more.

Hope this helps!
