Question about Samsung ML 2010 Laser Printer
Hi there. A paper jam made my printer's red "on line/error" button go on, and I am pretty sure I cleared every stuck piece of paper. However, when I turn the printer on, it sounds for a second like it might work, but then it makes a sad little "rrr" and the "on line/error" button goes on again. I don't know what to do! Can you advise me?

There are 2 possible reasons: (1) the piece of paper is stuck in the fuser unit, which cannot be reached without removing the back cover or (2) your toner cartridge is stuck. Take it out and force it manually by moving the green cylinder (the drum) on one the border gears. DO NOT touch the drum or you will make a permanent mark on it. If the printer works for a while an stops again, change the toner cartridge.
