Haha same problem here. but i know the problem. send it back to the factory. your speaker has a faulty wire in it. mine took 17 months to start with this problem. The factory will fix it but probably a large price tag will follow. you can also go to lg.ca and look for a repair shop. if you want to hear them tho, just try and hold it half way open and it might work, thats what works for me.

I am unable to hear person on the other end of phone. they can hear me, it happens both on making and recieving calls

Are you using a direct connection to the phone, or an amplifier? If you are using an amplifier they should have switch settings you can modify (for example a wheel labeled A-H or 1-8) make a test call to someone you know, and cycle through those settings until you can both hear each other.

Sony erricson k750i-problem recieving/making calls

Your Sony ericcsson K750i has a mouth piece problem.

mouthpiece problems is when the speaker at the lower end of your phone doesn't function properly.

It might be dirt's or it needs to be replaced..

Take it to any repairer that can fix it to check either to clean it up or to replace another one for you..

take care..

When you call out the person recieving the call hears nothing

As far as I am aware there is note default mute setting so it sounds like the mic is faulty or blocked. They are usually at the bottom of the phone so make sure there is nothing blocking it.

If there is no sound then more than likely, the mic is faulty.
