9500 exit button not working

nokia 9500 all four switch are not working the exit one and other 3 so help me hoe 2 do it and my front display is also not working sometimes the display gets scrambled so help me plz

this may happen a few times if more resourse is used by the process running...
remove the battery n insert it again....turn on..wait for 3 to 5 minutes and then use...

if the problem persists service the keypad
