Hooking Up Panasonic sc-ht670 home theater to Dish DVR 625 and Panasonic TH-42PHD7UY Plasma TV

I have a Panasonic sc-ht670 home theater system, a dish network DVR model 625, and a Panasonic TH-42PHD7UY Plasma TV. I recently moved furniture and when I hooked the stuff back up, I get no sound. I get sound when I play a DVD as long as the S-Video cable is hooked from the TV to the theater system. When I try to get sound to watch regular satellite TV, there is none. HELP!!!
