There are two modes for connecting to your PC, MTP and MSC mode. Try changing modes on your player. If you don't know how to do that you can find instructions here.

Hello i have a mp4 media player, my problem is that no turn on the batery is ok when i put the select in ON the media player no turn on i try to connect in to the pc but no conected to can you help me

Good morning, afternoon, evening or night; whatever time of day you are viewing this. Thank you for choosing FixYa to solve your problem. Your problem is that your MP4 player will not come on, even when you connect it to your PC? Well, you should try recharging your battery. There are two ways you can charge this device using your USB cable. The first way is by connecting the USB cable to your PC. Charging will take 8 hours by this method. The second way is connecting the USB cable to the wall charger that was supplied with your media player. If you had a problem connecting to your PC, you should try charging via the wall charger. Charging is much faster this way than using a computer. If charging doesn't turn your device back on, your battery may be defective. If that's the case, you'll need to get the battery or your media player replaced. Hope it's just a recharge that's needed. Thank you for choosing FixYa as your one-stop solution spot for your problems. Have a good day, afternoon, evening or night; whatever time of day you are viewing this. You may need to try and reset the player, do this ---1. Slide and hold the Power switch up for approximately 20 seconds.
2. Release the Power switch.
3. To turn the player on, slide the Power switch up then release instantly.
