Question about Microsoft HP Pavilion DV6276US Notebook PC
No sound is coming out of the speakers. is there a button I may have pressed by accident that shut off the sound? HP Pavilion dv5-1235 dx entertaiment notebook pc
Have a look at the F numbers along the top of your laptop.
There might be something there which kind of looks like a speaker.
Some laptops have a mute / unmute button along there and some have a volume control up and down.
You'll notice that the symbols are in blue, this means that you need to press the blue FN key (bottom row of keyboard, same line as the spacebar) and the coresponding function key at the same time to perforn that action..
Ive seen lots of people accidently turn things off this way, the main one being their wireless card.
