Question about LG VX5200 Cellular Phone
Yesterday, I turned my phone on and it said: "Use Genuine Battery. -Power Off- 10" The 10 counts to 0 and the phone shuts off. I have the original battery and have never let it run completely out of power. If I did something to it (water, etc.) I think this would have happened right away.
Sounds like a mfg. defect. I have never had a phone on Verizon system do that, or an LG but I would be curious to see if it kept on occurring once you get a generic battery from a reputable online site.
