We have a Pali spa crib, and we thought it was supposed to convert to a toddler bed. Where can I get instructions on how to do that? Do I need some additional parts?
They do have answers on their website, you may want to check your printed or online crib instructions to remind yourself how you put the crib together, too.
I found the answers here:

i've pasted them below. You can make it a toddler bed without a side rail just by removing the movable side of your crib, and you can install the side rail instead of the movable side if you want it to look a little more finished and help keep your child from rolling out of the bed.
FAQ
How to convert a crib into a toddler bed
To
convert a crib into a toddler bed you must loosen the two front gold
bolts left and right side of the crib and remove the dropside (the
front gate that goes up and down). After removing the dropside be very
careful that you tighten back your two gold bolts.
How to install the streight rail (toddler rail)
To install a streight (toddler) rail
loosen the two front gold bolts left and right side of the crib and
remove the dropside, once you have removed the dropside replace with
the streight rail. Always be very careful and make sure you tighten
back your two gold bolts in the front.
Most of the time, witht the crib fully assembled, a toddler bed conversion is very simple.
Does your crib's drop side come off? If you look at the bottom, there will be a 'lock' that stops your crib's drop rail. Delta Cribs have a plastic tab you pop out with a screwdriver, Childcraft has a screw-in bumper stop that just screws out.
Remove the lock, let the crib's drop side come all the way down, and then it will easily remove from the crib. For 85% of the cribs out there this is all you need to do. They will have a piece of board or something bracing the frame.
If, however, you have a side rail, you will need to attach it to the 3-sided crib, and once the drop side is off, the method becomes self evident (usually the drop side is hiding bolt/screw holes)
I have the crib with no drop side. the side is stablized by bolts. lost instructions. how do i convert?
I am in the same boat. I went back for the extra parts from the furniture store (Fish Furniture) where we bought the crib. I asked them for instructions and was told they did not have any, but they were on the Pali web site. The web site does have the crib instructions, but no conversion instructions.
Where are the instructions to covert these beds? It should be on the navigation bar of the Pali web site.
Pathetic!
