Question about Brother MFC 3820CN All-In-One InkJet Printer
I have a Brother MFC-3820cn printer, scanner, etc. It shows me error code 41, can you tell me what that is. The printer will work once or twice after I umplug it for a few days and then revert back to the error code.
The printhead is defective. Call brother hotline. Because this is a very common error (due to malconstruction on the mfc 3820 ) they might replace it for free. And when asked: OF COURSE YOU HAD ALWAYS RUN THE UNIT BY ORIGINAL INK CARTRIDGES!!!! :-) (take the ink carts out before sending or giving it to a service dealer!)

If Brother printer error code "41′ occurs regularly, it means that print head of your printer has been damaged. In such a case, you can get it repaired under the warranty scheme of Brother printer. This problem is usually a manufacturing error.
