Question about Creative Labs Nomad Jukebox Zen Xtra MP3 Player
Then it goes to the EAX screen and just stays there. It does nothing else. If I unplug it, it immediately goes blank, and when I plug it into the computer with the usb cable, it doesn't respond at all. I tried plugging it in with the ac and into the computer, but it still doesn't show up on my computer at all. I've tried rebooting, leaving it plugged in for long periods of time, etc. Nothing works. Please help!
First thing, make sure your battery is charged. When you power on your player, put it close to your ear.If you can hear the hard drive (a faint clicking noise) then your hard drive may be stuck. When you power on player, tap coner of player on mouse pad while player is booting up.If it doesn't work, try again, tapping a little harder. This is a common problem with these players.Good Luck
