You need to be a bit more specific with the problem.  What images doesn't it show?  What about bootable setup?  What kind of bootable setup?

I can't get my seagate backup drive to backup my files?

You would be better served if you backed up your whole drive.
Actually the whole Windows partition (EG C Drive)
Get a couple of Seagate external 2TB drives (not portable ones, the bigger ones the size of a thick book. 3.5" drive inside)
Partition the drives to NTFS (FAT has a file size limit of 4GB)
Download the free Seagate DiscWizard program -
Install the program, and immediately after when it is running choose the option to create a bootable CD.
There is a sub option to set the CD to default to boot into into the mini OS. If you don't set that you have only a few seconds each time you boot the CD, to avoid it booting into windows. I can help you with that choice, when you are ready to create that CD)
I always use the bootable CD to create an image, and to verify that image. (You don't want Windows running when imaging.)
If later you need to restore an image, you again do it from the bootable CD
The reason to have two external drives, is to alternate which one you create images in.
You should also copy your big files from your C drive into both external drives, and then delete them from your C drive. That will mean your C drive images will be smaller, and quicker.

If you do images every day, you are protected against -
- You corrupting/deleting important files
- Virus/Trojan attacks
- Ransom ware
- Hard drive failure
- Etc

Yell out if/when you need help,

My screen says no bootable device-- insert boot disk and press any key

This sometimes shows up if the floppy drive is set as the first boot device in Bios, and the disk in the floppy drive is not bootable.

Have you attempted to boot to Safe Mode? To enter the Safe Mode menu, continually tap the F8 key just after powering on the computer.

If you're abe to boot to Safe Mode, try choosing the option "Last known good configuration" as the boot option.

If this doesn't work, try Safe Mode (with or without Networking)

We need to know if you can even boot before continuing. If you can't boot then you may need to do a Windows repair. Do you have the OS Disc?

How do i get my toshiba portege to boot from a usb flash drive. When i power it on it goes to starting windows screen (Windows 2000) then to blue screen for split second then restarts the computer I bought...

Before the windows logo comes up, there should be a prompt to go into setup. Usually this involves pressing escape, F2, F8, F10, or F12, depending on the machine.
Once you're in the setup screen (it should look like a stereotypical image from a 1980's computer), there will be an an option titled "Boot". In here you can set the order of bootable devices your computer checks. Set USB to be above your hard drive. There are always instructions on the bottom of the screen on how to change options and navigate around.

Writing bottable disk

Here are the instructions, taken right out of Nero's manual for Burning ROM 8. page 42:

9.3 Creating and Burning a Bootable Disc
To create a bootable disc, proceed as follows:
1. Click on the New button in the main Nero Burning ROM screen.
The New Compilation window is opened.
2. If you want to create a bootable CD, select the entry CD from the combo box and the entry
CD-ROM (Boot) from the list box. If you want to create a bootable DVD, select the entry
DVD from the combo box and the entry DVD-ROM (Boot) from the list box.
The tabs for the bootable disc are displayed; the Boot tab is in front.
3. If the template data for the bootable disc should originate from a logical drive:
1. Select the Bootable logical drive option button in the Source of boot image data area.
2. Select the entry you want from the drop-down menu.
If the logical drive you want does not appear in the drop-down menu, the reason for this is
that the drive is bigger than the space available on the disc. Please note that for operating
systems as of Microsoft® Windows® 2000 you need to have administrator rights in order to
be able to access drives directly, which you will need to do if you are to create bootable
4. If the template data for the bootable disc should originate from an image file:
1. Select the Image file option button in the Source of boot image data area.
2. Click on the Browse button and select the desired image file.
3. Select the language that should appear while the system is booting from the Boot locale
drop-down menu.
4. Check the Enable expert features box and select the emulation type for the image file
from the Emulation type drop-down menu.
5. Select any other options required on the tabs (see New Compilation Window).
6. Click on the New button.
 The selection screen is displayed.
7. Select the files/folders that should be written to the ISO part of the bootable disc and drag
them into the compilation area.
The files/folders are displayed in the compilation area and the capacity bar indicates how
much storage space is required on the disc.
You have now created the bootable disc and can start the burn process (see Starting
the Burn Process).
