Question about Televison & Video
You can do a reflow the the image board and concentrate on the chip with a green heat sink, or if your a master solderer you can unsolder it then resolder it back on, these will fix this problem for a few months since maxent is no longer around.

Does your Tv do that with your devices too?
if so, you will need ro replace the mainboard, it is the one where you plug all the cables to (HDMI, AV).
