If the screen comes up without send in the menu
it means this menu has been disabled by infection
now there are 3 software that you should download and run in order to fix this issue and any future infection
1.malawarebytes
2.combofix
3.trojanremover
These are poison pills for such infection also they are freeware
Thanks And Regards

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

customise your start menu to see it there then you can also create a shortcut to it(whatever it is). right click the start menu choose properties then customise and it will have a mail option. drop down the list to choose your mail service. once its on the start menu you can right click it and either send to desktop or create a shortcut and place it on desktop.

The desktop background is not change

Changing the background on your desktop can be very satisfying once you've grown tired of Microsoft's standard options.
Right click on the background and select Properties. A menu will come up with all the options you're looking for. If it's a change of Theme, or the the image on the Desktop, or perhaps the installation of a Screen Saver, you'll be all set once you get to this menu.
Good luck! William

If you click on the arrow to the right of the NEW tab, on the contacts screen, you get a drop down menu. chose "email Message", it should bring up a blank email with no email address. I just did it to be sure and it works for me. If you hit the Email tab, you will get a blank screen with the highlighted name in the "TO" line.

Trying to email charts to another email. Can you help me? I have wondows vista

Not enough info, but I'll try. With the file closed, Right click on the icon for it. If you don't know how, look at pic below. Put your cursor on the file and click right mouse button 1X. A drop down menu comes up. Go to send to and click on "mail recipient." Another way is to have your file open in whatever program you made it. Go to file (top of your screen) and click on it. Drop the menu down and choose SEND, or maybe export. You can choose to attach it or send it like a page. or
If you tried to email it and it won't go through, it may be too big. Right click on the file icon again. A drop down menu comes up. Click on send to. Then compressed Folder. In the future, try to tell us what kind of computer and programs you use. It would be way easier to help.

Cant find send to option

If it got deleted or whatever happened, you can recreate it. It's not very hard. Open My Computer and got to under C drive ( or wherever windows is installed), dive in to Documents and Settings and under that, open your username folder.

Click Tools -> Folder Options -> View  and click Show Folders and click OK.

Now see if there's a SendTo folder but if it is not there, then try creating one.Right-click, select New -> Folder and name it to SendTo.

Double-click the SendTo folder and create shortcuts of whatever you want to send do. Fo example: Desktop, My Documents, Email client, Notepad, Wordpad etc.

Email

Do you mean the email link at the top of the start menu? If so, you cannot make GMail an option there, as it is not a Microsoft product. However, you can make one yourself. Right click the desktop and go to New > Shortcut. In the wizard that comes up, type http://gmail.com. Click Next, type "GMail" then click finish. Now, click on the shortcut you have just made, drag it to the Start menu button, and drag it to the top of the start menu. You should now have a permanent shortcut to GMail on your start menu.

I just purchased the cd-rom 'the worlds best Mahjong games and I'm trying to install it but I dont get an icon to click on or the word play so I dnt know how to get into the game Please help me my email...

hi,

if you successfully install Mahjong games in default it automatically install in your desktop the game icons. But now a days, program/game makers asking your permission to install the icons in the desktop and shortcut icons in the task bar and if you un check those permission you cannot see a shortcut icons in your desktop.

try to see it in the START Menu Programs. look for the game if there's a drop down menu look for the game icon and right click it. if no drop down menu just right click it. and go to send to and click desktop and now the game icon is already displayed in your desktop.

if you can't see it in START Menu Programs. Please re install it.

Email

You can set it to send automatically, however it won't send the email immediately if you do. It can be set to send/receive every 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or a few other longer options.

To get to this option, open up your messaging, tap Menu (bottom right) and under Tools choose Options...

A window will open up, which shows all of the messaging accounts (text message, Outlook, and any additional email addresses you have). Choose an email account you want to change. On the last page (should be 4 pages of options so just keep clicking Next in the bottom right) there is an Options button.

Click Options and you should see, in bold text, "Connect automatically and check for messages" with a drop down menu. The option, right now, is probably set to Never, so change it to whichever option suits you best.

Keep in mind that if you want an email sent immediately then you'll still have to click Send/Receive, but otherwise it will automatically Send/Receive at the specified time.
