Is it okay to have ati drivers and Nvidia at the same time?

You don't! If the graphics card is causing a shutdown it is either a conflict with the Operating system or a failed Graphics Card. Going by the spec of your motherboard and the connector on your graphics card you must have hammered the card in, it is the wrong type. Your mobo is an AGP mobo and your card is PCI-E. They won't fit.

Niran,

This motherboard does not contain any integrated graphics (Built into the motherboard)
Thus no driver from Intel's website will help you.

You need to determine What the manufacturer of you Video card or at least your GPU is. You can go to that manufacturers website and get the drivers that you need.

The two big name manufacturers for videocards are

ATI you can find their drivers at ATI.com (Which will redirect you to one for AMD. AMD merged with ATI a few years ago)

Nvidia Their drivers are at Nvidia.com

There are several manufacturers that produce boards with ATI & Nvidia chips among them are
PNY, ASUS, EVGA, BFG, and many others.

There are other GPU manufactures but ATI & Nvidia are the most common.
If your card does not contain an ATI or Nvidia GPU please post the manufacturer and model and I can find the appropriate driver for you.

Hope this helps
