The touch pads are common to go bad. It could be a bad start switch pad or bad control board.

Green start button won't stop blinking

START/RESET status indicator light flashing

You have pressed the indicator light flashing START/RESET pad while the START/RESET dishwasher is running. This will cancel the cycle. The light will stop flashing after the dishwasher drains (about 90 seconds).

Press the pad once to start the dishwasher. Press the pad a second time when the dishwasher is running only if you wish to cancel the cycle.

Power to the dishwasher was turned off while a cycle was running and power has just been restored to the dishwasher. The blinking lights indicate that the dishwasher is draining the potential water inside.

The light will stop flashing after the dishwasher drains. A new cycle will start automatically.

Good luck

Hi: How do I turn off the beeping signal when the cycle is completed on my Bosch dishwasher? It's a fairly new model, with the control on the top of the door. Thanks, Jean Ferrario

I just tried this and it worked.

The Cycle Completion Signal
this Cycle Completion signal is a tone that sounds to alert you when your dishwasher finishes washing and drying your dishes. You can either disable the tone or set the volume.
to activate:
· press and hold the right “Cancel Drain” button then press and hold the on/off button.
· When the light on the “Cancel Drain” button you are pressing illuminates and the tone begins to sound, release both buttons.
· press the right-most “Cancel Drain” button until the tone is either at the desired volume or is silent.
· press the on/off Button. the Cycle Completion signal is now set.

Bosch Dishwasher won't drain, cancel drain lights blink

when you said "I can run a wash", does the machine act normal for that time frame up to the point of drain? if yes, the pump is fine. sounds more like the micro chip on the board is "confused", but not sure why.
