Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
We have a Savin 9935DPE copier. When placing a document in the auto-feeder, it goes just 2'' and stops. The mechanism has one roller, a belt, some springs, and small plastic clips. We're wondering what parts we should replace? Looking at a catalog from Precision Roller, none of the pictures looks like what we need. The roller looks worn and my guess is that an inexpensive roller may be all we need (hopefully). Any comments would be much appreciated.
