Hi, i have a problem with the paper feeder. As soon as we try to print something the paper is being crushed to the right hand side and then there is a paper jam. I tried to switch off printer and also to put more papers but it's not working...
do you have any idea what can be done Please?

Re: cx3650 Problem with paper feeder
There could be an issue with the gear inside your printer now that is why it is not feeding the paper through properly anymore. Please try this basic troubleshooting steps:
Turn off the printer. Disconnect the USB cable from your printer. Open up the whole scanner unit to see if there are objects blocking the way of the printhead or if there are any objects down the paper feed area. Check if the cartridge cover is closed properly. Toggle the paper guide left to right back to the proper position. Load 10 to 20 sheets of regular paper into the printer. Turn the printer back on. Do a standalone copy.
If it does the same thing, please log on to support.epson.com. Click on help me find a service center to the right of the page to find an epson certified servicer near to your area.
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US. click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need. Goodluck!

Use alcohol and a swab to clean off the paper dust off the pickup roller. You can also get paper path cleaning sheets from office supply stores. They are sticky on both sides and will remove paper dust from the rollers in the paper path.
did you try to feed it one paper at a time? in many printers the feeder doesn't do a good job separating one paper from the rest.
another thing you can do is to turn off the printer and back on. this might get it out of the stuck status it is in.
did you check there isn't any paper stuck in the feeder?
This can be due to a feeder wrong setting on the printer or on your PC: your printer tries to take paper from the back feeder, whereas your paper is on the front feeder....
try to check these settings in your PC and on your printer, and retry to print, hoping this helps
This may sound nutty, but I have an epson stylus cx3650, with the same INFURIATING problem. And I think I *may* have just fixed it. and its daft, and simple, but we all know how picky printers can be!
Okay, the paperfeed at the top, on the left hand side is a grey slide, (right in the printer) to hold the paper in place. USE IT to keep the paper straight, it seems, if the paper goes in straight, the whole page is printed. I don't know how or why but it worked for me! ^^ (and this is after the printer was stored in a cupboard for a year, because of this problem!)
Sounds like there is something jammed in the paper feeder, or maby its the paper feeder itself.
Check to see if the path the paper follows through the feeder is completely clear.
Sometimes paper is left in the feeder from previous paper jams.
