The easiest solution is to put all flash files in sub-folders, and link them in Dreamweaver from the files in the root folder --- but the key, AFTER uploading to your server, is to change your MANAGE SITE CONTENT information with your host server. Specifically, change (advanced) PERMISSIONS to READ and EXECUTE (DIRECTORY). It's important that both are checked… If you don't do this you'll see that it works fine on your local machine, but not after uploading to your server.

Action script

I think you are use a Flash Decompiler to convert swf to .fla ...Yes this will convert only the animation part of the flash movie..but it neglects all the actionscript part of the flash file. Many flash content would be connected with an external XML file for functioning which is at backend and its not publicly accessible.

Plat swf files sequentionally from xml

I've finished your requirement almost but how do you read the swf files from the xml one by one? My code will parse the xml and open the swf files one by one and so you can only view the last swf file.

var myXML:XML=new XML();
myXML.ignoreWhite=true;
myXML.onLoad=function(success){
    if(success){
        for(var aNode:XMLNode = this.firstChild.firstChild;aNode!=null;aNode=aNode.nextSibling){
            loadMovie(aNode.firstChild.toString(),_root);
        }
    }
}

myXML.load("sampleFiles.xml");

And your sampleFiles.xml should look like this:

<swf>
  <swf1>sample1.swf</swf1>
  <swf2>sample2.swf</swf2>
  <swf3>sample3.swf</swf3>
</swf>
