    I am looking for someone to give me instructions on how to replace the lcd screen. I know it's possible because the parts are available for purchase, I just don't have the instructions.

you will need to install the samsung pc suite and transfer them to the pc then to the other phone via the usb cable or bluetooth them.

you may have broke the spring it is fixable but it may cost a pretty penny if your not doin it yourself carefully take the phone apart there ar screw behind the battery and look just inside so if anythings broken if so take it to verizon so they can get you that part

no you cannot the samsung juke has two memory units one 2 gig mp3 player memory and a 1 gig (i think) for ringtones and sounds and contacts and stuff like that. you cannot put a mmory card into the samsung juke

Juke frozen, can't remove battery


I had the same problem. I would push the button and nothing would pop up. What I ended up doing was pushing the button, while wedging a pin in between the silver part and the colored back of the phone.
