Question about Apple iPod touch
I can turn on my ipod, use the slide to open to "Enter Passcode," but when I type in my passcode, I hear the clicks, but nothing appears in the four white boxes and it won't go to my main screen. I have tried "Cancel", tried turning off and on, syncing to my iTunes (which it does), charging battery (which it will do). I just can't get past my passcode screen. Help!
You need to connect to itunes and click on the ipod and click the reset / restore button which will wipe everything off of it and then allow you to re synch your music etc back onto it and should be fine after that.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
