Problem for Acer Aspire 4315 PC Notebook

Aspire one email is recieving the same email repeatedly

I bought my acer last week and I'm using Aspire One email. It worked for the first three emails but now I keep receiving the same email over and over again and can't receive any more emails. If I click on Send/Receive it has the error message "Login failed due to network instability" whether I'm using wireless or wired connection.
