Question about Maytag Dryers
Drum turns and timer okay. Filter clean. Element measures 10 ohms. Where is the thermostat?
If you are testing the heating element your almost there.
There will be several thermostats/thermal cutoffs/etc. in the wiring leading to and from the heating element.
These will have wires plugged onto them.
Remove them and test for continuity between the contacts. They should all have continuity -- if not, that's your bad component.
