Question about Hitachi 53UDX10B 53" Rear Projection Television
I have a hitachi projection tv that shows no picture in a coin operated game. When the game is coined up you can here the game play in the backround but no picture. I followed the power from main power supply to the board where I assume the tv is getting power from, I do have a live 110 going from the power supply to that board but from the board to the tv there is no power. There is three tubes in the front that connect to this board and I don't know if the tubes are supposed to be lit up? All the fuses to the game are good. I don't know if you could help me with this problem or if there is some one that you guys know of that can help?
The tube need high voltage to light up.but when used in a arcade game its pretty much just a monitor and need to make sure video is getting to the video circuits ,tvs have a OSD on screen display that offers information about the menu like brightness etc
Does the OSD show?
Can you hear high voltage?
Odds are if no picture then no high voltage if thats the case you need to troubleshoot the circuits and need a schematic and a voltmeter.Good Luck!
