Delonghi EM821AAN-800watt The turn table has stopped spinning

Make sure the turntable guide is lined up properly and there is no debris caught in it. Examine the turn table bushing the tray sits on and make sure it is not worn or broken. Make sure the turntable is sitting down in the groove correctly. Lastly it may be the drive motor itself is bad. This is the small motor that turns the carousel. This motor is very difficult to replace and unless you are qualified you should not attempt this repair and leave it to a professional. This motor will cost from $40 to $75 plus the cost of having it replaced. You may want to consider buying a new microwave if this unit is over 5 years old. You could end up spending more to repair this one than a new one costs. Of course you can use it without the carousel.

The glass plate will not rotate when trying to heat up your food...

Sounds like either the turntable motor has seized or that the shaft of the turntable motor has broken off inside the roller ring. You may need to chek with your local De'Longhi repairer.

Where can I buy a turntable motor for a Delonghi AC925EQK microwave. The motor is a Hengxing TYJ50-8A7 220-240v 4W 4RPM

Don't know if you got your motor or not, but I've just ordered an identical part number from ebay - search for "microwave turnable motor".

It is advertised as a Panasonic part but has the exact part number you want.

Turntable will not turn with glass turntable on it

Make sure the platter is correctly seated on the plastic drive. Now gently press down on the platter and see if it resists turning. If the platter turned easily, the plastic drive is spinning on the motor shaft and needs replaced. If the platter resists movement, the motor under the floor needs to be replaced. To replace either part visit the web site www.partsdirect.com If you found any of these suggestions helpful, please rate my solution. Delonghi AC930AMQ Microwave, Interior Light Bulb

The bulb is usually run by one of the door switches, but in some cases they are run by a relay on the board.

I would suggest you look over our files on safety & door switches here:

Delonghi microwave/convection, central wheel cog where glass turntable cogs go is lower than outside wheels so turntable does not turn

In some case, the legs of the support get too hot and when the weight is removed they bend downward in relation to the hub.

I have solved this problem in the past by carefully heating the area where the legs meet the hub, using a gas stove flame or a torch.

Then I place it on a flat surface, weighted down so as to hold the legs so they will cool in the correct position.

If you have to do it more than once, the support should be replaced.
