Player is dvp3962 -- will not open so we can remove previously viewed dvd
This has worked for me in the past a few times:
Hold down the eject button while turning off and on or
press eject rapidly while turning off and on
Continue turning off and on a few times. Your basically tricking the dvd player and getting it to open before it has time to realize that there is a disc in
