SOURCE: switch

Definitely not Home Depot. Try googling 'dremel model 395 switch', you'll probably come up with something. If not, there's always dremel themselves. This is a current model so there shouldn't be any real problem getting parts.
Sorry, don't know about installation, but I can tell you most of these dremels are real easy to fix in general, not complicated at all.

Plug it in - turn on switch - nothing happens

OK there's not much to these first check, the power plug, check cable, if you can, open it up and see if there is power to the On/Off switch, if there is check the switch, if they are all good but still no go, then most likely culprit is the speed controller, you will need to replace it.

How do you attach "multipurpose cutting kit model 565" to the dremel multipro model 395?

Remove the collet nut and collet then unscrew the sealing cap (black plastic ring), this has the same thread as the inner of the multi kit tool, so just screw on the tool then replace the collet and nut

The motor on my dremel 395 works but the bit doesn't turn

there is a coupling between the motor and the spindle that has probably cracked or stripped out. I suggest going to Dremel.com and getting an original replacement part for this. They are not hard to install.

Dremel 395 doesn't seem to be getting any power. It's almost new

Return it for replacement. If your power source is good and you have pressed the ON switch/button and nothing works, it is likely faulty. If you are not familiar with pulling them apart, it is best not to! Seek a replacement (hopefully under warranty)
