I have the same problem with cyan. Can you explain the solution in further detail???
You've got a clogged head. Less painful than it sounds! :-) Clean the heads, use the head cleaner software in the maintenance section of the driver software. If this doesn't work clean them again, and again, and again... If 6 cleaning cycles doesn't shift it, you'll have to find some sort of ink head flushing fluid and inject it VERY VERY carefully into the holes that the printer draws the ink through. Google how to do this if 6 cleaning cycles doesn't do it.
