Will not go from internal memory is full to to memory card

I have a Kodak M1033 camera. When the internal memory is full and says to go to review. I cannot (or don't know how) continue on a memory card. I am useing a Kodak 2 GB card I know that in review there is a step by step way to do this but I suppose that I am just too dumb to figure it out. Please help if you can. Thanks Jack

Hi there,

Viewing pictures as thumbnails (multi-up)

  1. Press the Review button.
  2. Press W to change from single-picture view to multi-up thumbnails.
  3. Press T to return to single-picture view.
    • Press the Review button to exit Review.
Let me know for further clarification.

How do i retrieve pictures from internal memory, dont have cable

You can copy pictures from internal memory to a memory card, then download them from the card.

Press the Review button. Press the Menu button, then use left/right to highlight the Review tab. Use up/down to highlight Copy, then press the OK button.

Once the card is plugged in to a card reader, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program.

Camera is M1033. Two relatively new batteries. Both have worked well. Now I get a brief message...internal memory is full. Then camera shuts off.

Connect the camera to your computer to transfer the photos onto your computer's hard drive. Then you should insert a memory card into the camera. With a memory card you should be able to and clear the internal memory and take more pictures.

How do i change internal memory to card memory. the camera seems to bestuck on internal memory mode.

Menu, Camera Settings, Internal Memory has to be changed to AUTO.

The camera can only detact the memery card if in the camera otherwise it will automaticly go back to internal memory.

M1033 Memory card support : SD/MMC up to 2 Gigabyte and SDHC up to 8 Gigabyte

Pls. rate me good if you find my advice useful

I have a kodak M1033 camara with a SD HC PNY optima 240 HD 16 GB and the camara says internal memory is full and is only 1/2 minute video in the camara please help

Hi!
Sonds like the camera hasn't switched to the memory card. Go to setup and set memory to Auto not Internal. If that doesn't help, it's possible that the camera doesn't support 16GB card, but it should give you a card error then, so check the memory settings first.

Switching from internal memory to memory card

Push the MENU button and advance through the options until IMAGE STORAGE comes up. Setting this for AUTO will route all new pics to the memory card, using internal memory only if the card is full.

We cannot get the camera to use a memory card. When we insert the memory card, it says the internal memory is full. We don't want to use internal memory. We want to use the card.

Look at the cemra settings - you can choose what memory to use - Internal memory or Auto. Choose the Auto and restart the camera. Hope this helps.
