Question about Frigidaire Gallery GLWS1339EC Top Load Washer

1 Answer

My washing machine fills to the correct level initially, then keeps draing and refilling. It used to work if I put the selector on one notch less than full, but now it does it on every size setting.

Make sure the drain pipe the washer drain hose goes into is at least 34 inches above the bottom of the washer. The drain hose must not be sealed to the drain pipe, or you may experience siphoning of water out of the washer.

My washer fills fills with water but doesn't agitate. Water just keeps running, then leaks out the back

Sandy, it's not a matter of recognizing (or not) the wash cycle. There is a pressure switch (behind the water level selector) which determines when the water has reached the correct height. If this switch is defective, the machine will continue to fill.

If you can give me the model number of your machine, I can provide you with the part number of the switch. Depending on your model, replacement of the switch is not difficult.

Have a Model 100 bosch washing machine will fill but does nothing after that .Doesn't seem to wanna spin or move Drum/

Hello,

Try rotating the load size / water level selector switch back and forth. If this works, then your switch is going out. If it keeps on filling and doesn't stop, then your selector switch OR the level sensor (both located in compartment behind controls) is bad (probably level sensor).

The motor is locked out until the water level requirement is met, then the level switch allows the motor to be turned on.

My Aeroccino keeps overflowing even though the level of my milk is below the min level.

I am having the same problem but not every time. I went back to where I bought it and spoke with one of the reps and was told that if there is moisture under the rubber seal on the lid this will happen. To solve this I remove the rubber seal and clean it and dry it off after I am done using it. Also turn the lid over on top when not in use. Hope this helps.

GE SpaceMaker washing machine does not stop filling.

try replacing your water selenoid coming in. remember it isnt a mechanical timer it is a computerized timer, so if the selenoid isnt the problem, it might be the computerized timer. computers are very finicky, pain in the a- -!

Washing Machine won't stop filling up

Try resetting your water level control. If that doesn't help then set the water level control to the lowest setting and observe if level exceeds that setting. If so, you may possibly have a faulty water level control, or an obstruction in the air dome or water level control hose. This can be a tricky 1 to diagnose for a novice.

Not draining

Clean out the lint draw and then run vinegar through a cycle.
If this doen't work try CLR. or/and put the drain hose to the lowest level and then put a flexible clear tube down to unblock it.
Use less detergent in the machine. I make my own detergent and I don't have any problems as one of the ingredients in it help keep all lines clear.
If that doesn't solve the problem contact Bosch directly.
