We recently upgraded two old workstations to a Lenovo Thinkcentre and since then we've been having issues printing using the parallel port to our microline 320 printers. Occasionally, without any prompting, the printer stops responding to all commands, and refuses to feed paper or print, but immediately when i disconnect the parallel cable the printer begins responding and feeding paper. I've found no information anywhere about anybody having this problem, and the technical support line for both the computer manufacturer and printer manufacturer were no help. Anybody have any ideas? Any help would be incredibly appreciated.
