Question about Garden
Im not sure what kind of mower you have..or what year it is..but in general..if you mash the clutch/brake in..and it barely stops..then the brake pads are probably worn out..and most riding lawn mowers brake pad is loacted on the right had side of the rear axle..it looks like a small disc brake..i hope this has helped..if not write me back...Keith
