Question about BenQ FP71G 17" LCD Monitor
When i start my pc, the lcd monitor turns in orange as usual and then in color green which means that the hard disk is okay and the operating system is already loaded into memory but the lcd displays nothing
That is definitely not normal. Try a different monitor on the computer and if you get video on the new monitor then you know your original monitor is bad for sure.
Sounds to me like its a problem with the lcd or the inverter. You might want to try and take apart the monitor and reseat both ends of the LCD cable. If that doesn't help then the monitor is faulty and you'll have to get another one.
