Sounds like the display circuit. You'll need to replace the LCD screen. You can purchase one here www.fix-lcd-screen.com for about $17.

Instructions1 On nearly every Honeywell thermostat, the heat setting can be increased by simply pressing the HEAT option or AUTO and using the arrow keys to adjust the setting higher or lower until the desired temperature is reached. 2 To set an automatic heating schedule for Wake, Leave, Return and Sleep, press the SCHEDULE button, then EDIT. 3 Select the current day and use arrows to select the time and temperature for Wake. For example, if you typically awake for work at 6:00 a.m. and want the heat to come on, use that as your Wake time and adjust the temperature to suit. 4 Select the day and use arrows to select the time and temperature for Leave. Since you will be leaving the home empty for several hours, this setting will allow the thermostat to lower the heat until your arrival back home. 5 Select the day and use arrows to select the time and temperature for Return. This is the time and temperature that you will choose for returning home from work and may want the heat on to warm the house for your arrival. 6 Select the day and use arrows to select the time and temperature for Sleep. Set the time you normally go to bed. The thermostat will automatically adjust itself to your selected temperature at that time. Thanks
I have an 18 X 33 oval and temparatures here range from 80 to 102 in the summer. I run my cycles at 10 to 12 hrs pump with 8 to 10 hrs chlorinator. Water stays crystal clear, no cloudy.. Now...if you don't keep the electrolytic cell clean and maintain the proper salt levels, you will struggle with making free chlorine... Hope I helped??? AND... I HAVE NOT ADDED ANY CHEMICALS TO MY POOL IN THE 2 YEARS I'VE HAD MY INTEX SYSTEM...
Sounds like your YBL-Y Buffer lower board is going out. There are 3 boards here. The Y buffer upper which controls the top half of the display, The Y buffer lower controls the bottom half and the Y-SUS main control those two boards. They work in unison. Usually if one goes out you have to replace all. You can also get lucky and just repalce the YBL and all may be well. Now if they are vertical lines up and down the OSD-On screen display, then this is indicitive on dry solder joints on the D, G E, F boards. Hope this helps...
I belive that is a problem with regards to supply of the area. I recommend that you purchase a regulated power supply or a UPS which has the required input supply of your units so that voltage interference can be resolved.
