I need the installation data for the USB key board mode SK-3106

Generally drivers for keyboard is not required for its useage. If you can specify the model number, I can try to search the driver for you.

Dell Computer SK-3106 driver

I just went through this as well, and found a (free) working driver here-
http://militarycac.com/keyboards.htm
Download the driver and install it, then reboot the computer. It will say "found new hardware". Manually install the driver by telling it to browse to the location of the *.inf file you just unzipped moments before. Even recognizes the smart/CAC card. ^_^

there are no drivers but thay might fix it for you as it is a dell i will give you the link for your completly free fix if you rate my help to you 5 out of 5

i have a Smartcard Blck USB Keyboard SK-3106 (9F506) but its not work properly tell me how i install the driver for this

You can download the driver here.  However, it is not compatible with some newer CAC Cards especially with Vista.  If you install the driver and it won't read, you need a new reader.  Sorry.
