Question about HP Photosmart C7280 Printer
Scanner suddenly delivers only black textured images of the full scan area, yet the lamp is illuminated and travels the full image area. Happens with copies and photos, it won't identify small objects, but instead travells the entire surface.
Try cleaning the scanner glass(both on the scan bed as well as the scanner glass on the automativ document feeder).then you can align thye printer from the front panel menus...if it stll does not work then You can try a reset on the printer using the # and the number 6,holding them down while plugging in the power cord at the back of the printer.if it still does not work then you can try the same with the # and the number 9.If it still does not work, get your printer serviced.
