Your amplifier may have experienced circuit failure other than a dead short that still allows power to be applied

If you have enough room on the outside edge of your battery's post to fit the ring terminal from your new fuse holder, and an additional 7mm nut, then just do that. If there's no way for it to fit, you can purchase an aftermarket battery terminal that has a separate post for mounting aftermarket accessories to. That would be the second option since it would require more money and effort. Below is a link for a few different battery terminals that should be able to use for your car. I haven't looked under the hood of 2004 Maxima since probably 2003 or 2004, but I hope this helps.

I have 2 Pioneer TS-W3002D4 12 In and a Hifonics Brutus BRZ1200.1D D-Class Mono Block what's the best wiring

you need to wire each sub down to 2ohms then wire them together like the one in this pic http://m.seimg.net/product/img/subwoofer_wiring/2_subs_DVC_4_ohm_mono_variation2.jpg witch will give you 1ohm so you will be getting every bit of power that amp has but you should get a bigger amp for thos speakers

Amp not working

sounds like the amp is going into protection mode. maybe a sub is shorted (blown). Or, the only other possibility is the mosfet transistors on the inside of the amp are blown.

That's dependent on your subwoofers. You will need 2 dual 4 ohm subs wired in Parallel, a single dual 2 ohm subwoofer wired in parallel, a single dual .5 ohm wired in series. Or something similar.
