I installed an mki9200 into a 2007 ford expedition but it seems to not get any power at all I am using a plug and play harness i don't know why it's not getting power

Not all vehicles have a ignition supply at the radio as they use the canbus system to turn things off and on. You will need a multi meter to check if there is power on the correct wires and you my need to pick up the ignition from the fuse box. Parrot web site has details of the accredited engineers in your area.
