Thanks, but i dont think thats it, (my partner posted that and i dont think it made much sense lol). The drain hose hasn't moved at all from the back of the machine, its stuck there pretty tight. What its doing is as soon as you turn it on at the wall it starts trying to drain water, without the machine actually being turned on. And when you do turn it on to start a wash cycle it just drains the water straight into the sink....its really frustrating!!!

Have you checked the drain hose. Maybe if you moved it when drying off the wires you pulled the drain hose out a little. Stuff it back in as far as you can down the drain pipe. If I am reading your problem right the water is siphoning right back out of the machine. Write me back if this is not it and I will further assist you.

During the final rinse cycle the machine says that it has no water and starts to drain

Good Morning Denise, thanks for your inquiry!

I see that once your Frigidaire washer goes into final rinse cycle it says no water and will start to drain, except there is water in it. It sounds like a possible sensor could be faulty or the control panel may be miscommunicating with the rest of your washer. I would recommend performing a reset on your washer and you can do that by disconnecting the plug from it for roughly ten minutes. If that does not correct the issue you may want to contact a professional technician for a proper diagnosis and repair. This will help you to avoid any unnecessary part purchases. -Matt

Accidently drove a little ways with out much antfreeze/coolant...and i think the water pump is out... and now wont start... aside from waterpump, what should i look at?

OUCH! ok so the coolant is the only thing keeping your engine from overheating and warping. Usually the engine light can be decoded from your local auto parts store, sometimes for free (in hopes you will buy the parts to fix the problem from them). That may tell you if something else is preventing the engine from running.
Basically you have 2 big things to check, make sure you have spark, make sure you have fuel. Take a spare sparkplug unplug one of your plugs and plug the spare on. Lay the loose spark plug somewhere on the block touching metal. Have a friend turn over the engine a couple turns and look for the spark on the plug. Don't touch the spark with your fingers when rolling the engine, that's very high volts. if you see spark that's good, plug the wire back on it's original plug. Fuel is a little harder, but a quick shot of ether (usually called starting fluid) in the intake can tell you if the fuel is the problem.
Water pumps are usually driven off the same chain/belt as the timing. I'd have them replace the timing belt at the same time to save you some bucks in the future.

My dishwasher doesn't rinse and smoke comes out although I have checked the pipes if blocked, cleaned the dirt etc. it uses the water to wash but all dishes comes out soapy

Seems like two separate problems.

1.) Are you sure it is SMOKE and not steam?
2.) I would first verify the quality of your water and how your softener is working. I'd look for a plugged venturi or a salt bridge in the tank. Look online for the manual. With a wrench and a little know-how it's an easy job.
3.) If you water is good, and you are SURE it is smoke, then you will only be able to call an appliance technician. This unit looks new so it should still be under warranty.

Hi have white smoke and miss at start up

White smoke could be as simple as condensation in exhaust from sitting overnight. I'd be more concerned if white smoke continued when warmed up. The "miss" could be a bunch of things... When was last "healthy" tune up? Plugs, wires, ALL filters including fuel filter? I would start there, makes a good "ground zero" reference point and see if miss is still evident. You might also consider running a good fuel system cleaner w/next tank full of gas. Especially in winter months when temps fluctuate, condensation forms in tank. (water) Spark plugs & water don't get along well.

I have a 2001 Volvo S40 Turbo. Several months ago, My cars turbo didnt seem to be working. and the car was spitting and sputtering. I had the codes checked and found a misfire on Cyl 1 and 2. Or possible...

Replace the mass air flow meter.Thats the sort of problem you will get when its faulty. And this should be changed every 90.000.I think your fuel consumption has gone up aswell due to the air flow meter.hope that was helpfull.Good luck.

Battery seems dead but lights and everything electrical seems fine smoke comes from battery if you jump it

Okay, what you seem to be saying is the battery does not turn over the engine and the battery smokes when you jump it to start it. But the lights and radio and everything works except the car will not turn over by itself. The battery smokes because either the battery has a short in it, it smokes because the starter is dragging, and/or the jump wires are not hooked up red to red and black to black. You need to have the battery and starter checked. If the car runs take it to an autoparts place to test. Or if it won't run take out the battery have it tested and if it is good, then take out the starter to test it.

Sound like the inlet valve coil may be shorted. Remove console and check wires from water valve to control. If wires look ok, the inlet valve has a problem
