Turn your brightness up. I had the same issue so I went on the menu and turned the brightness up. If this isn't it then you may have to contact a professional. Good luck

Why is the picture yellowish with low brightness?

Make sure the lamp is made by Osram and not a no name knock off. Cheap bulbs give poor color reproduction.

I have the Sony KDS- 60A2020 60 inch TV. Recently, my picture has appeared more yellowish. Everyone on it looks like there dark yellowish or have fairly dark (bronze) sun tans. I changed my lamp yesterday...

I have a older 2006 SXRD rear projection TV. I had the same problem after the TV warmed up this yellow tint started in the corner and crawled its way down the TV. It turned out that Sony had a recall on the optic block of the TV. If you replaced the Lamp and adjusted the color this kinda sounds like the same problem. Here is a link explaining it. In this article it shows up as a green haze and blob, but in my TV it manifested as a yellow tint.

Exposure dark / yellowish tint

The noise reduction aspect of this camera can cause some of this--you may wish to reduce the noise reduction in the quality settings of the camera (see your manual for directions) further, if you are open to post-production fixes you may wish to use a program like Adobe Lightroom2 to correct some of this. Finally you may wish to shoot indoors using the RAW or RAW+JPEG setting. Doing so will give you more control over post-production color correction, and somewhat less artifacting from the noise reduction software.

Indoor shots such as a wedding

Have you thought about using the flash??? In low light you may not be able to hold the camera steady enough to take pictures without using a tripod.

If you want to change the colour ballance of the camera, look in the user manual. It is a little bit involved. I would recomend using the flash instead.
