Question about Epson Stylus CX3810 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I recently got a new Sony Vaio laptop (a VGN-CS215J, if it makes any difference) with Windows Vista Home Premium, and I can't get my Epson CX3810 printer to work. I checked on Epson's homepage and it lists the printer as being Vista compatible, and I downloaded and installed the appropriate drivers. But I've tried both connecting to it over my home network (which is how I always used to connect) as well as plugging it directly into my computer, and it still won't see the printer. Any help would be vastly appreciated.
Go to programs and features and uninstall the drivers from there first before you install the drivers that you have downloaded off the website.
