My phone wont let me on the internet

My phone well not let me on the internet and it wont let me get pictures and the phone is prepay but 1 of my friends has the same phone and its prepay why can he get on the internet and i cant

The Problem May Be You Have'nt Talked To A Customer Representative For Your Service About Haveing The Net Connected, You Can Do This By Calling Your Service provider With Your Information And Problem At Hand, In Some Cases Its An Automated Service So Just follow The Prompts. I Hope This Is Of Some Help To You

Hey, I have a few possible solutions for you. The big thing is do you have a full signal where you are trying to access the internet? If you are in Roaming you can't use the Internet! Look on your phone and there should be an Icon that indicates If Data Services are Picking up a signal. Try this if you don't have the Data Service Icon ,which normally will be IN ROAMING Mode, then you will know what is wrong. If the signal is perfect and the Data Service is Good, then go into settings and make sure that you don't have AIRPLANE MODE turned on, this blocks incoming calls and the Internet.

if on internet use dropbox on phones browser to upload the picture file. This is due to the large size of the file . Email and SMS will restrict the size you can send with a movie file I recorded on mobile used a drop box to upload off phone and then downloaded from drop box to other computers.

Your prepayment plan almost certainly does not cover a data plan which you need to access the internet unless you are connected to wifi. Prepaid plans just cover phone calls and texts in my experience.

Unable to call internazional call. I dial 1887063839 1 011 country code city code phone number. the booklet tells me I can make international call at no additional cost
you need to go to wherever you prepay your phone so they can sort it. a lot of prepay phones cannot call freephone numbers or charge premium rates for them.

Just 3 weeks after 1 year warrenty expired, phone will charge but wont turn on. Verizon store says theres nothing they can do. Help!!!
Wild guess, Remove battery to reset. leave out for overnight. May or may not work, but doesn't hurt to try.

My phone is slow to access the internet
Hi, Try with the following basic steps for better internet connection.
1.) switch off your mobile and switch it on after 5 minutes
2.) Clear your Browser history, cookies, cache
3.) Browse through a latest browser
4.) Check the RAM memory
5.) Disable background running apps
You can check your internet speed from ScanmySpeed.Com before and after performing these steps. You will definitely see improvement in speed.

the navigator on the smart phones depends on the internet connection ...or you have to contact the provider to see if they have a navigator based on the phone ....line....but I doubt it ...you need to make a internet contract with the provider or to use a prepay internet connection ...

Check that the correct settings are saved on phone, go to messages, scroll down, message settings and look for the vodaphone prepay or payg. make sure its selected and save. Then go to internet settings and check again that payg is selected. Turn phone off and on and see if that helps, if not pop in 2 a vodaphone shop and they will do it for yous! Hope this helped.
