Problems when I try to install on Vista

id suggest look up in your scanner devices, which came with vista or windows and there are certain drivers built in, because i know i used to be able to use my scanner with either the miroscan scanner or the twain driver just see if your system needs the drivers updated by going my computer, properties and then hardware software i hink, look up in there if you have the proper drivers in your system if not go to download drivers and dowload the driver you want you may have to sign up thats all
