Question about Ryobi Backpack Blower 25.4cc
New Ryobi RY08576 25.4cc backpack leaf blower was started without mixed fuel. What parts will need replacing? Engine is not locked up but will not start
If the engine is sticky ie harder to pull it might have to be pulled apart new piston and honing of cylinder. not difficult just a pain. If it doesn't seem any harder to pull, Drain all of the unmixed fuel. Put a few drops of 2cylinder oil in the spark plug hole and pull the starter a few times with the plug out of it. Put a few more drops in repeat. Replace the plug (new plug) Put in mixed fuel prime the system cross your fingers and it should start up for you.
